Cleaning Service Agreement

Lake Norman EcoClean

This Service Agreement outlines the terms under which cleaning services are provided by Lake Norman EcoClean to the client.

1. Services Provided

Lake Norman EcoClean provides professional eco-friendly cleaning services including:

Residential Cleaning
Vacation Rental and Airbnb Cleaning
Deep Cleaning
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Post-Construction Cleaning
Post-Event Cleaning

Services are provided primarily in communities surrounding Lake Norman including Mooresville, Cornelius, Davidson, and Huntersville.

2. Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Service times are subject to availability.

Lake Norman EcoClean reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Property Access

The client agrees to provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time. If the cleaning team cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be communicated prior to service. Payment may be required:

Before service
At the time of service
Upon completion of service

Accepted payment methods will be communicated to the client.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Securing valuables and fragile items
Informing the cleaning team of any special instructions
Ensuring utilities such as water and electricity are available

Lake Norman EcoClean is not responsible for damage caused by unstable or improperly installed items.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Lake Norman EcoClean strives to provide high-quality service. If a client is not satisfied with the cleaning, they should contact us within 24 hours so the issue can be reviewed.

8. Liability

Lake Norman EcoClean is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear within the property
Damage to improperly secured or delicate items

Liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

9. Agreement

By scheduling or accepting cleaning services, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this Service Agreement.
